| The sheer depth and wordiness of this topic thus far overwhelms me... | |

| I'm not entirely sure what this topic is about, but I assume we're supposed to talk about whether or not we liked "The Dark Knight". I liked it a lot. | |

| Exactly Action, and the best 2 parts of the movie aaaaaaaaaaaaaare:
2.) Coming in at number 2 just shy of the best part was the entirety of the joker and the hospital scene. The outfit, the "Hi" he gives to Harvey Dent, and the almighty "waddle" he has when walking away from the blomn up hospital!
1.) I bet ya'll couldn't see this one coming: The Pencil Magic Trick! Enough said...

| Shoot, it was the whole bus/bank robbery in the beginning that set the tone for the rest of the film. It left you feeling that, wow, they can't possibly raise the bar after that. But they do. Again, and again. Unfortunately, I think the film started to go on for too long towards the end. It started to feel like the writers were saying, "Sweet. That was cool. What can Joker do now that's cooler?" Still, it didn't detract from the experience too much.
All in all, an enjoyable film.

| My opinion on the length....
The first time you watch it, you don't really notice. Once you see it again, however, it feels a bit like its been drug on.

| I loved it!
It was a very dark movie, but it fit with Batman and all. It definitely made me think a lot.
What would you do if you were in one of those boats?

I'd want to do what the convicts did: throw it out the window. It's the same with any kind of temptation to sin: GET RID OF IT.

| Hmm...I don't see myself throwing away my XBOX 360. I'm sure we each have our own pet technologies/temptors that we won't throw away because of some, found "good" in it. Truth is, I don't think it's a matter of to what extreme you will go to avoid sin/etonating the other boat. We must first have a clean/loving heart before we can ever make the right decision. When everything in our lives is about pleasing God, there will be no room for selfishness, pride, and the like. | |
